Step #1
Wash your dried sea moss thoroughly, removing excess ocean salt and debris.

Step #2
- Add your clean sea moss to a bowl and fill it with filtered water/spring water. Allow the sea moss to rehydrate for 4-6 hours minimum, 12 hours max.
- This will rehydrate your dried sea moss and have it become double its original
size. - Tip* - Add lemon/lime juice and slices to the bowl to help neutralize the ocean
taste and smell of sea moss

Step #3
Add your plump, rehydrated sea moss to a blender and add 1/2 part fresh filtered water. Blend and add water gradually until you create the perfect gel-like consistency.

Step #4
- Pour the gel into a jar or container. Refrigerate your sea moss gel and consume it within 3 weeks for optimal freshness.
- 1-3 Tablespoons is the recommended daily intake. It can be added to smoothies, teas, food, soups and more!
